William was a fantastic host of an absolutely amazing home! Our family of 5 with 3 young kids fit perfectly and we’re very comfortable. The quick walk to the beach was amazing! The parking spot is a little tight, but our Toyota Sienna fit with careful maneuvering and squeezing in and out! I was a little apprehensive about it, but it truly wasn’t an issue at all. Can’t recommend this home enough - you’ll be glad you booked it!

Sweet beach escape! The patio area is primo for after beach hang out & grill, people watching. It has a cozy neighborhood feel. Beds are comfy, unit is super clean and spare (no clutter) but outfitted with everything we needed. As an FYI (wasn’t a problem for us), guests of the upstairs unit do pass through the patio area to access or leave their unit - might pose a problem if you have a dog. We had some kid runaround footfalls upstairs, but again we didn’t mind. Host is super chill and responsive. I will stay again!

Exactly as advertised. Everything appears to be pretty new. This place is where people FROM san diego come to relax and enjoy the sun or a weekend. Dont evem think twice about renting this home. The host is available and communication is immediate. We would not hesitate to come back and rent this exact place

This was a perfect place for my retreat. It is just steps from the beach and the provided beach chairs were perfect to relax with my coffee 1st thing in the morning. William was very responsive, and I feel provided a lovely place to stay —. I especially loved the high quality towels.I would definitely seek to stay here should I return to San Diego/Mission Beach.
