Spacious 4BR w/ Private Yard • Central San Diego

During our recent stay at this property, we loved spending time outdoors, the candle accents were a nice touch, and the microwave, along with the A/C units in the two bedrooms and the pool table room, worked great. We also appreciated the supply of trash bags.Here are some issues we relayed to the hosts: * While two of the bedrooms and pool table room stayed cool with mini splits, the rest of the house was consistently hot. The third bedroom, front room, and kitchen do not have A/C. * The host provided fans; they helped to bring cool air from the pool table room into the kitchen. * The kitchen sink wand leaks, and there is also a leak underneath the kitchen sink. Additionally, the refrigerator water filter is due for a replacement. * There were no kitchen towels, dishwasher pods, salt, pepper, foil, parchment paper, plastic wrap, food storage containers or cleaning supplies available. As a result, we hand-washed all our dishes. * The drawer under the kitchen sink needs maintenance and a deep clean. * Both bathroom shower drains are clogged and drain very slowly. * Half Bath: There were no hand towels provided. * On our checkout day, the cleaners rang the doorbell at 7:30 AM, which was quite startling.* The comforter in one bedroom smelled of mildew, and the carpets throughout the house need a professional clean. * The garage & washer/dryer area are very dirty. While we appreciated many features of this house, it needs attention to achieve a better rating!
