Bayside Mermaid Paradise+Fire Pit+Beach Toys

A wonderful stay - we really enjoyed the patio and the beach equipment, which was generally in good condition. The kitchen was reasonably equipped and the washer and driver and showers were functional. Location is hard to beat! We would stay again - but would try to do with one vehicle as parking the second proved challenging

Great LocationThe property is in a great location! it's literally 3 minute walk to the beach. The frig is big, the pots and pans are great quality. There is a BBQ outside. There is a nice patio to hang out with a fire pit. Good sleeping arrangements with the different bed combinations. All in all a very great memorable stay.

House was perfect for what we needed! Having a bedroom and bathroom on the first floor with the living and kitchen areas was perfect for my mother who cannot walk up stairs. House was clean and really close to the bay!

Me and my 3 kids had an absolute wonderful time staying here for a short vacation to San Diego! You really can’t beat the location with a 1 min walk to the beach and 3 min walk to a nice store with everything you need. Belmont park is also walkable and close by. It was spacious and the back patio area really was a great place to hang and relax after a day in the sun. As always with VRBO’s there was a slight hiccup with the fire pit. I only mention it here because they were prompt and extremely helpful when it came to fixing it. It takes customers to let them know when something isn’t working and they were kind and easy to work with. Overall a wonderful experience and great place to stay to get some much needed San Diego sunshine!
