Modern Oceanview Penthouse 3Bed + Parking

House was very clean. Everything worked well. Location was top knotch.

Absolutely perfect property for a family stay with an amazing location! Everything was sparkling clean and the provided beach equipment was a lifesaver since we forgot some things at home. Host communication was great and accessing the property was super easy. Will stay again!

My wife and I plus 3 kids under 13 yrs old. We wanted a place walkable to the beach w/out crossing a major street but not on the boardwalk. This worked out really well. I would do it again.

Perfect location. Great space overall! Nice range of amenities available to guests. Things like the baby gate for steep stairs were incredibly helpful and the extra single stroller and range of beach toys were great. Host extremely responsive and helpful. The three bedrooms were ideal for our family of 5. There are even two pullout couches in living area so could accommodate 7-8 comfortably. The garage is as others describe…extremely narrow at 7’ wide. We had to park on street which was a bummer but manageable.We came from Texas and used to AC at night. The master bedroom is by far the warmest room in penthouse which can happen in any space and we used the extra fans available and opened windows on the cooler nights which helped some. Other rooms comparably were much cooler.There was no salt, pepper, foil, or any storage containers for left over food, so plan accordingly for meals in penthouse. We would definitely go back!
